Quiet, well maintained and tidy House. Very impressive and comfortable. No instruction"s for operation of the Televisions - we had some difficulty finding what we were looking for. (live rugby on the Friday night)

The place was huge and the bedrooms were exquisite! Had a hard time debating on which bedrooms to use as they all looked so cozy! If possible would definitely so again!!! Even went star gazing loved everything there nothing not to love

The house was ideal for our weekend getaway. Lots of different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Fabulous spot to enjoy the stars and a lovely walk into town and the Peninsular Walkway (That's if you don't mind hills) Everything is clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds. Very comprehensive and helpful instructions on everything, from the time we arrived, to our leaving. Nothing really. Maybe a few more cups but that is a minor detail.

Tim was a fantastic host, even allowing us an early check-in to get ready for a funeral. The house was very comfortable and had all the necessities. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and lovely views
